K is for the letter K.

Which I noticed today that both my kids have on their bedroom doors. My daughter’s K is a cute decorated wooden letter standing for her first initial. My son’s is a sticker from an article of clothing I think. It is the first initial of the clothing company! I guess the letter K is important to them for different reasons!

J is for Just Don’t Know.

Which is how I feel as the parent of a teenager. Two actually. And I just don’t know what I am doing. All the things we have done so far have not been really effective in getting our kids where we want them to be. So…if we keep doing what we’ve always done we will only get what we’ve always got. So…we need to something different. I just don’t know exactly what that something is.

I is for Incredible

which is what our recent trip to Singapore was! We were blessed by grandparents on both sides helping to sponsor our trip! We had a great time celebrating Chinese New Year, learning the customs that go along with this big holiday. We had fun being together and enjoying doing many different things.
