We only have a couple more years til our son leaves home and I would really like to do this before he leaves. I just don’t know between all the money and time we spend on regular activities if we will be able to plan such an extravagant vacation.

U is for Undecided.

I am undecided as to where I want to go eat for Mother’s Day. I don’t normally like to eat out but my husband doesn’t want to cook and doesn’t want me to have to cook. So I am not sure just what I want. I thought about the Steak House we enjoyed on Valentine’s. That was really good. Or maybe a new Italian place nearby. It looks good too. So I am still undecided but I need to hurry and choose so we can hopefully get a reservation.

A friend of mine is transferring from a local college to a major university. I sure will miss him. I have grown to love him over the last couple of years. He is like a son to us. He is a really good boy. I appreciate the example he is to my own kids. I am amazed at how faithful he is to God and his work ethic. He will be greatly missed. He says he will come back to visit from time to time. So I will only say So Long instead of good bye…
